由于赫赛汀(曲妥珠单抗)能够为HER2+乳腺癌患者带来总生存期延长的显著临床获益,精确的检测所有乳腺癌患者的HER2状态是非常重要的。
- 在NSABP-B-31质量控制研究中,对DFS的观察分析表明:
- 总体而言,检测结果显示IHC3+及FISH+的患者接受赫赛汀(曲妥珠单抗)治疗能够获得更佳的DFS获益。
- FISH及IHC检测结果不同的各亚组中,平均获益稍弱,但由于样本数量较少无法得出确定性结论。
